It empowers leaders at all levels to develop knowledge and skills to meaningfully improve these wellbeing factors on an individual, team and/or organisational basis.

What does true wellbeing look like for you, both at work and at home?
In what ways do you currently nurture your wellbeing, and where do you feel there’s room for improvement?
How might understanding the key concepts of rest, resilience and wellbeing enhance your effectiveness as a leader, manager, team member AND human being?
During this session, you will be introduced to the GLWS and the program framework to commence your wellbeing learning journey. You will learn the key concepts and definitions of wellbeing and how they relate to wellbeing at work and wellbeing at home.

You will have two weeks to complete the GLWS® Survey. Don’t rush! Dedicate the time in your day and week to complete without distractions.

What differences exist between your wellbeing professional and personally?
Which wellbeing domains are positive? Which domains need more attention?
Where might you focus your attention and efforts for change?
During this session, you will receive a comprehensive debrief as it relates to your GWLS. You will be presented with your results from the survey – Working Well and Living Well – across the 6 wellbeing domains of the GLWS Framework. You will also be supported to identify areas where you can broaden your awareness, build your practices, identify simple changes and create an action plan.

During this session you will use insights from your survey and previous sessions to explore the critical connection between rest and resilience and discover ways to strengthen or maintain your capacity to cope with stress, bounce back, grow from challenges and build overall wellbeing.

To apply for the program, please contact Penny to discuss the selection process and ensure you fulfil the requirements and pre-requisites for the program, including discussing your current leadership role, willingness to engage in self-reflection and personal development, commitment to attend all sessions, ability to dedicate time for implementing new practices between sessions.

You should allow up to 2 hours for each coaching sessions. You should allow approximately 45 minutes to complete the survey.

Your Coach plays an integral role in your learning, not only imparting information and providing guidance, but also stimulating thinking through powerful questioning. Your Coach will work closely with you to integrate your learning and develop your Action Plan.

The schedule is flexible and sessions are arranged at times that suit the individual, based on Coach availability.

I have over 20 years of working in high-impact and high-intensity work environments with global technology and management consulting firms, and also as a Special Forces Support Member in the Australian Defence Force. I understand the challenges and pressures people face in the workplace and the effects of stress and change on overall well-being. I have seen human beings pushed to their physical, mental and emotional limits. I have also been one of them.
Alongside a successful professional career and drawing on my own experiences, I founded a boutique strategic change and wellbeing consultancy enabling people to thrive during life’s changes and transitions and to burn bright and brilliant, not out.
