I have over 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors.

My mission is to enable leaders and their people to confidently navigate complex change challenges with tools and techniques to drive and sustain positive change.

I am known for blending change management expertise with experience and credentials in design thinking and innovation to create change management solutions that are evidence-based, fit for context, and, importantly, that work. My unique discovery process approach enables data-driven design and strategies and initiatives that work.

I thrive in creating order and calm to change challenges characterised by chaos and uncertainty.

I have over 20 years of working in high-impact and high-intensity work environments with global technology and management consulting firms, and also as a Special Forces Support Member in the Australian Defence Force. I understand the challenges and pressures people face in the workplace and the effects of stress and change on overall well-being. I have seen human beings pushed to their physical, mental and emotional limits. I have also been one of them.

Alongside a successful professional career and drawing on my own experiences, I founded Deep Rest and Renew, a boutique consultancy enabling people to thrive during life’s changes and transitions and to burn bright and brilliant, not out.

When soul, science, and self-leadership meet, transformative growth occurs. Soul brings depth and purpose, guiding us to align with our truest selves and deepest desires. Science offers evidence-based understanding. Self-leadership empowers us to take ownership of our journey, harnessing our inner strengths and resources to navigate challenges and cultivate resilience.
