    During this module you will learn the role of the change manager and how they support organisations, teams and people to repsond and adapt to change using coordinated and structured processes.  

    •  What are your existing strengths?

    • What are your realised and unrealised change knowledge and skill areas?

    • How would you describe your change leadership capabilities?

    During this module, you will diagnose your key strengths and establish a strong foundation for broadening and building your change capabilities.

    • What is your overarching professional purpose?

    • How can you transfer your past roles and accumulated experiences to a new role?

    • What are your existing change related skills and expertise?

    During this module, you will take a systematic approach to aligning your motivations, mission, experience, and expertise to create a cohesive and strategic professional development plan. 

  • During this module you will integrate your learning insights into an Action Plan which may include reevaluating and updating your CV.

    • Set clear goals and objectives for skill and career advancement

    • Identify specific learning opportunities workshops and courses to improve skills and knowledge

    • Develop a structured timeline for executing your Action Plan

    • Attend final integration and feedback session with your coach to track progress and adjust your Action Plan as needed.

  • The time you dedicate will depend on the program you choose, your focus and goals. For each coaching hour, you can expect to apply at least an hour of self-learning and planning. Again, this depends on your needs and circumstances.

  • Your Coach plays an integral role in your learning, not only imparting information and providing guidance, but also stimulating thinking through powerful questioning. Your Coach will work closely with you to integrate your learning and develop your Action Plan.

  • Your schedule is flexible and sessions are arranged at times that suit you, and also based on Coach availability.
